If your package is returned to us as non-deliverable (incomplete address, incorrect address & information, unable to forward, or a no such number) and you want the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package. If you realize your package has the incorrect address and your order has not shipped, please email admin@phenomtrading.com as soon as possible.
